- 1 her first season dismally perched on a reef near Long Point off Prince Edward County, on 2 November. By the 1
- 2 and commanded by Capt. Wm Taylor, was lost off Long Point in the late gale on the 21st October. The captain
- 3 bbls. of flour on the 2 December, stranded on Long Point of Prince Edward County. Her crew managed to get
- 4 eastward, under bare poles, from Niagara to near Long Point, approximately 126 miles in about 10 hours. In
- 5 unknown, The schooner MARCO POLO capsized off Long Point, Lake Erie. The Rochester Democrat reported an
- 6 BANSHEE had an altercation between the Ducks and Long Point in the first week of August, the BANSHEE
- 7 a registered tonnage of 70 and had been built at Long Point on Lake Erie in 1868. She was destroyed by fire
- 8 all directions. She went down 10 miles south of Long Point and about 7 miles from the nearest land. Now came
- 9 at Mohawk Island, Pt. Maitland, Pt. Dover and Long Point. She left the Point on the 11 July and steamed
- 10 grounded one mile west of the West End Light on Long Point. The crew, consisting of 7 men and the woman cook
- 11 ALGERIAN and the steam barge TECUMSEH off Long Point, Prince Edward. County, during fog. The ALGERIAN's
- 12 on dry dock at Buffalo, having gone aground on Long Point on the 8
- 13 TECUMSEH and L. SHICKLUNA collided off Long Point, Lake Erie, at 1:00 a.m. on the 29 May and the
