- 1 This was probably the engine for the steamer BOSTON, under construction at Quebec. And this item:
- 2 all winter, for in addition to the PEERLESS, the BOSTON and the propeller BRANTFORD were being fitted
- 3 Catharines with Montreal. The Ogdensburg and BOSTON Rail Road Co. were said to be chartering every
- 4 occurred on Lake Ontario, when the propeller BOSTON, bound from Chicago to Ogdensburg collided with
- 5 "Independent Freight Line" had one vessel, the BOSTON, Capt. Gibson, sailing from Nixon & Swales'
- 6 she stuck before reaching the water. The prop. BOSTON broke several lines in attempting to move the
- 7 the waterfront. Vessels were fitting out and the BOSTON and the BANSHEE were loading flour at the Great
- 8 and 29 were the steamers OSHAWA, Capt. Kennedy, BOSTON, Capt. Malcolmson and ST. LAWRENCE, Capt. Mowat,
- 9 WEST, BRANTFORD, GEORGE MOFFAT, WELLINGTON and BOSTON. The steamers of the Royal Mail Line were:
- 10 busy in their shipyard. Repairs to the steamers BOSTON and WELLINGTON were almost completed and the
- 11 the BOWMANVILLE, MAGNET, WHITBY, RANGER, BOSTON, WELLINGTON, BRISTOL and BROCKVILLE. Their agent
- 12 OSWEGATCHIE, LAWRENCE, LOWELL, CHAMPLAIN, BOSTON, BROOKLYN, ST. ALBANS, YOUNG AMERICA, CLEVELAND,
- 13 of his steamer. He was at one time a mate on the BOSTON and 1st Mate on the ARABIAN, under Capt.
