Problems and Mishaps That Have Plagued The Cunard Line

On Saturday, January 18th, 1969, a meeting was held at the Marine Museum of Upper Canada to lay the ground-work on our project for a room at the Museum, which will be called "Ships of the Lakes." Directors present at the meeting were as follows:

R. W. Jones, J. Kidd, J. Bascom and F. Sankoff. A committee that will be responsible for this room, was formed and consists of B. Smith, J. Bascom Jr., and B. Wilson.

Many good ideas came up at the meeting and we hope that we shall be able to put them to good use. This project will be discussed in more detail at our February meeting. It is hoped that the committee will be able to count on the support of all members.

This is our first undertaking and if all members get behind this project, we are certain it will be a success.
