Schooner P. Thompson, sprung aleak on Lake Michigan, laden with lumber.

Schooner G. G. Cooper, collided with an unknown vessel, and lost sails on Lake Erie.

Bark Red, White and Blue, collided with schooner Agnes Smith at Buffalo; both damaged.

Bark W. H. Vanderbilt, ashore near Chicago; cargo grain total loss; vessel got off.

Schooner Perry Hannah, sprung aleak outside Chicago and was towed in.

Bark Racine arrives at Chicago damaged in same gale.

Bark Unadilla, arrives at same port damaged by same gale.

Bark Sunnyside, arrives same time, damaged by same gale.

Schooner Albatross, arrives at same port, damaged by storm.

Bark S. V. R. Watson, damaged by same gale and arrives at Chicago.

Bark Gen. Sigel, suffered damage by same gale, arriving at Chicago.

Schooner John T. Mott, damaged same time, arriving at Chicago.

Schooner T. Y. Avery, cargo grain, arrives at Milwaukee in a leaky condition.

Schooner J. C. Harrison, cargo grain, shore at Point Abino; cargo total loss, vessel got off.

Schooner Bismarck, damaged by collision with schooner E. Harmon at Port Colborne.

Bark Sardinia, damaged by getting on a boulder at Buffalo.

Barge Ocean, cargo lumber, sprung aleak on Lake Huron.

Schooner Camanche, cargo salt, sprung aleak coming up Lake Erie.

Schooner A. W. Luckey, cargo grain, arrives at Milwaukee minus centreboard.

Barge Windsor, waterlogged on Lake Huron, and barge Ritchie lost deck-load lumber in Lake Erie.

Brig Orkney Lass, on a reef near Grosse Isle, Detroit River; pulled off.

Schooner Montana, cargo grain, ashore at Picton, Lake Ontario; lightered off.

Scow P. E. Young, lost deck-load of wood in Lake Erie.

Schooner C. Mears, ashore at Erie; got off.

Schooner St. Clair, damaged going into Sheboygan.

Propellers Roanoke and Philadelphia collide at Chicago; former damaged.

Tug Sweepstakes, lost smoke stack by bark Monarch running foul of her in Lake Erie.

Propeller-barge Huron City, machinery disabled, and propeller Coburn broke crank pin at Detroit.

Schooner Hattie Wells, lost mainboom, and schooner T. P. Sheldon her rudder on Lake Huron.

Schooner AEtna, scow Enright, and barge Chieftain sprung aleak outside.

Propeller Hilton broke her machinery on Lake Michigan, and the Cuyahoga her forefoot at Duluth.

Bark Butcher Boy, cargo corn, on a reef in Detroit River; lightered off.

Propeller Van Ralte and schooner Yankee Blade collide at Chicago; both damaged.

Schooner Rob Roy, damaged by collision with a bridge at Chicago.

Propeller Badger State lost her rudder, and scow Forest waterlogged on Lake Michigan.

Bark Advance, cargo coal, arrives at Chicago with a bad leakage.

Tug Eclipse, damaged by collision with tug Balentyne near Port Huron.

Barge J. F. Warner, broke loose from a tug and ashore on Lake Huron; not released.

Propeller Milwaukee, arrives at Detroit with broken crank-pin.

Tug Helen Morris, struck and obstruction and sunk at Toledo; raised.

Scow Annie, lost deck-load of lumber on Lake Ontario.

Bark Alice Richards, dismasted on Lake Superior, and was towed to Chicago.

Scows German and Highland Chief, ashore at Marblehead; both released.

Scow Juno, at Black River, O.; also got off.

Brig Frontier City, lost her topsail and schooner Ottawa her jibboom, on Lake Erie.

Bark Oneonta, damaged at Buffalo by schooner Swallow getting foul of her.

Propeller Maine broke her pillar-block, and schooner F. A. Morse lost centre-board on Lake Huron.

Bark Parana, damaged by collision with a bridge at Milwaukee.

Tugs Mosher and Babcock, damaged upper works at Chicago.

Tug Messenger lost her smoke stack by collision at Chicago.

Schooner Ataunto, lost jibboom by collision at Buffalo.

Schooner Margaret Dall, struck a wreck near Malden, and came near sinking.

Schooner City of Straits, damaged by collision near Mackinaw.

Schooners AEtna and Kingfisher, damaged by heavy weather; latter started leaking.

Propeller Free State, cargo flour and grain, on White Shoals and a total loss.

Propeller City of Detroit, arrives at Detroit with a broken wheel.

Scow St. Stephen, damaged outfit, and barge Seminole waterlogged on Lake Huron.

Bark Favorite, sprung aleak on Lake Erie; grain loaded.

Bark Z. Chandler, aground two days at the Flats, and schooner Sherwood on Belle Isle.
