It is with sincere regret that we report the passing on Saturday, February 6, 1988, of Robert A. Zeleznik of Grosse Pointe, Michigan, after a lengthy illness. He entered hospital on February 3rd, and died three days later, at age 69.

Bob had been a shipping enthusiast and photographer for many years. A lawyer by profession, he was a longtime member of the Marine Historical Society of Detroit, and had served as secretary of that organization for nearly forty years. He had been a member of the Toronto Marine Historical Society almost since its inception, and he was a good friend of many lake shipwatchers.

To his wife, Wilma, and to his daughter, Virginia, we extend our deepest sympathy.
