We always try to give credit where credit is due if one of our members helps us with information on one of our feature articles. Two issues ago we featured LAKESIDE as our "Ship of the Month." We had been trying for several years to do a history of this ship but we were continually frustrated in our attempts to run to earth the details of the vessel's early years. For his invaluable assistance in digging up the information needed to fill in the gaps and round out our story, our thanks must go to the Rev. Peter J.
